 Program Duration 

Daniel Huard offers online mindfulness and meditation training to individuals and groups.

​

The MiCBT program generally requires about 8 to 12 sessions, but it may finish after 6 sessions or be extended as long as necessary, depending on the problem we intend to address or the skills we wish to develop.  Sessions are best held weekly or fortnightly for optimum progress.

 Booking and Fees 

  • Note that all services are conducted under the Canadian Law.

  • Note that Daniel Huard will see you in a secure online environment through the encrypted Zoom application.

  • Payment is due at the time of service. You may pay through bank e-transfer to dan@satimeditation.ca.

  • Services will be billed at $ 200,00 CAD per clinical hour for individual services.

  • Services will be billed at $ 1000 CAD for the 10 Week program at 120 minutes per session and a maximum group size of 10. 

  • Insurance Coverage
    If you benefit from a third-party insurance, it may cover all or part of the cost of this program. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance provider and to verify that this program is covered.
